How to order?
1) Please contact me in any way convenient for you: by phone, e-mail or Skype.
2) Describe what would you like (you can send A) a photo of the dress, the shoes or the accessory that you want the jewelry for, or B) a description / photo of the person you want to order a gift for or C) a photo of a piece of jewelry that looks like what you want, etc.). Orders such as "I’m not sure what exactly I want… Something bright, for summer, you know?" are welcome too. :)
3) Determine the price that you are willing to pay, depending on it, I will pick up the materials to meet the specified amount.
4) Choose from the options that I will suggest (I will send both: pictures of the stones/sets I have and pictures I’ll find on the Internet that, in my opinion fit your description). We’ll keep looking for different options until we find the thing you really like.
5) Make sure we’re doing the right thing at every step: I will be sending you pictures (or showing video on Skype) at all stages: when choosing stones, when making the piece of jewelry is in process and when it’s done, before sending. I usually make a few options / sketches, which helps to quickly find exactly what you want. :)

What if I'm in another country?
Thат means
1) the final price raises for the coast of shipping (a certified letter by regular mail usually costs about 5 €, even if you are very far - Australia, America, etc.).
If you order 2 pieces of jewelry or more (at least one of them must be a set, for "earrings+earrings" the offer unfortunately does not apply), shipment is free of charge.
2) Clearly, you’ll have to wait for your jewelry a bit longer, but not too long though: usually it comes in a week, the maximum period was 2 weeks - because of a mistake at the post office.
Otherwise, everything is just like if we’d live in the same town :)

How long does the shipment take?

What if do not like what I got?
It is very unlikely that you will figure that out only after you get the shipment, as I show the jewelry while making it on all the stages, when it is still possible to make ANY changes. However, even if the decoration is exactly as you wanted it, but it just does not fit you, you can send it back by paying only the cost of shipping, and I will return the money.

How to pay?
When sending the jewelry by post, I am asking for a prepayment. If the jewelry is picked up from me directly, the money is given when I bring the jewelry.

What are the prices for custom orders?
Depends on the stone you pick and its amount (triple necklace is usually more expensive than a single one, but the triple necklace made of small stone may well be equal to the cost of the single necklace of large faceted stones).
The price for a set "necklace + earrings" starts somewhere at 25 € + tax, the price of custom made earrings varies from 5 to 10 € + tax.
